As the Hispanic market and population has grown, so has the popularity of Chorizo. A staple in Mexican cuisine, this versatile product has become increasingly used in other dishes, such as a pizza topping, hot dog topping, hamburgers, cheese dips, and more. Due to its versatility and great flavor, Chorizo sales have grown in demand. We use our own family recipe to make La Paloma Chorizo. It is an authentic Mexican chorizo,  using only high quality pork loin. It contains less grease than other Chorizos and thus better yields. It is all natural, using pure spices and does not contain any binders or fillers.  Our authentic Chorizo will appeal to customers seeking a high quality product.
